Editorial Book Review:

By Dell W

I didn’t expect this book to feel like a heart-to-heart with a friend who’s weathered the storm and come out stronger, but that’s exactly what it was. Its power came from how directly it spoke to the parts of me I’d long ignored or buried. I appreciated the honest, no-nonsense tone. There was no sugarcoating, but rather real truth delivered with clarity and care. It made me want to keep moving forward, keep exploring my own depths, and hold myself to a higher, more authentic standard.

What stood out most was the emphasis on healing, not as a destination, but as an ongoing journey. The book doesn’t try to offer a perfect formula for how to be whole; instead, it honors the messiness of healing while still offering real, practical tools to move through it. I loved the H-E-R framework, (Heal, Embody, Radiate), not only because it was memorable and well-structured, but because it felt attainable. The author balances mindset work, emotional processing, and body awareness in a way that makes embodiment feel like a return to home, not just a buzzword.

What really resonated with me was the profound reverence for feminine energy throughout the book. It made me question the stories I've been telling myself about the hustle culture for years and told me that being soft, open, and intuitive are not weaknesses, they're strengths. It wasn't about rejecting desire or power; it was about finding new ways to use them. That point of view made me feel free, especially since the world is always telling women they need to be more, do more, and show more.

I liked this book's empowering lessons, but what I loved was how it made me feel free to feel, slow down, unlearn, and make room for something new. The writing struck a perfect balance between honesty and compassion, blending personal stories with practical insights in a way that felt clear and approachable.

If you want to heal, embody, and shine as your most powerful self, then Becoming HER is more than just a book - it's a call. If you've ever felt like you weren't connected to your power or didn't know how to grasp it, this book will show you the way with honesty, depth, and heart. The goal is not to become someone else, but to experience who you already are again.
