Dawn O'Neal

Dawn O’Neal was born in Washington state and grew up in Southeastern Washington until she relocated to Tacoma and Seattle for a few years. There, she worked in accounting and, for a short stint, at a radio station in Seattle before California called. She quickly transferred residency to the Bay Area and adapted well to the more temperate climate in San Jose, California, where her Accounting by Dawn business kept her very busy. After a few years, she decided to work her magic as a Broker/REALTOR® for 35 years. 

In 2017, Dawn and her husband, Tom Binder, ventured up to the Great Northwest, where they discovered Sequim, a small town in Washington across the Strait of Juan de Fuca – just South of Victoria, BC They settled down there, and now Tom helps Dawn out whenever he can with writing research, proof--reading, and overall sanity checks. 

Dawn is still a licensed REALTOR® in Washington and California, working with referrals and pursuing her writing dream of being a published author, like her sister Sally.
