Day of Wrath opens with one of the most immediately gripping scenes in recent thriller fiction. About the Author

Otho Eskin

Otho Eskin is a graduate of Bowdoin College and The George Washington University Law School. After serving in the US Army, he joined the US Foreign Service, beginning a career of more than twenty years that took him to Washington, DC; Damascus; Belgrade; Reykjavik; and East Berlin, with special assignments to New York, Geneva, and Caracas.

He served as vice chairman of the US delegation to the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea, participated in International Space Station negotiations, and represented the US at the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.

His Foreign Service experiences, including being targeted by the East German Stasi, inspired his thriller writing. His Marko Zorn series began with The Reflecting Pool, followed by Head Shot, Firetrap, and Black Sun Rising. Day of Wrath is the fifth installment. His plays have been produced internationally. He lives in Maryland with his wife, writer Therese Keane.
