Brigitte Cutshall


Brigitte (Anderson) Cutshall is a Media Solutions Consultant, Health Advocate, wife and mom to two sons. She is an avid reader, has a passion for cooking, enjoys being outside, loves dogs, and is a devoted runner. Always has a pair of running shoes near the back door.


She is a two-time breast cancer survivor and diagnosed with a rare benign brain tumor in between. Brigitte strongly believes the values applied from her Health Coach training helped overcome these health issues. Her goal is to influence others by embracing a healthier lifestyle and focusing on what's important, the real things.


Brigitte was raised in a military family; born in Fort Knox and grew up near Fort Benning. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin and received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics.
