By Marcos Buttler

That technology kills creativity is not how this book sees it. It shows leaders how to deal with these changes without losing touch with people. It brings together old knowledge and new ways of leading in a way that feels natural and important. When it comes to planning and being able to change, new ideas and morals, the best leaders know how to mix them all.

What stood out the most was how practical the advice is. It’s not just about broad concepts or theories—it provides concrete strategies that can be applied immediately. This book demonstrates how a more fluid, interconnected approach leads to better decision-making, stronger teams, and long-term success. All too frequently, organizations become stuck in rigid structures that stifle creativity, so the idea of dismantling silos and fostering a culture of adaptability struck a deep chord with me.

Still another highlight were the ethical issues surrounding artificial intelligence. It looks critically at the dangers of artificial intelligence in addition to honoring its possibilities. The debate on the part human judgment plays in a society going more and more computerized caused me to reevaluate how I lead. It underlined the point that although technology might improve efficiency, successful leadership always starts with our human traits—empathy, intuition, and ethical thinking.

This book has a big effect because it does more than just teach. It also motivates. Case studies from real life bring the ideas to life and show how forward-thinking leaders have used AI to help their teams without losing sight of what's important to them. This is one of the few leadership books that makes you think and gives you something you can use right away. It paints a picture of the future that is not only possible but also necessary. When I was done, I felt like I had a new reason for how I deal with leadership and new ideas. This is a must-read for anyone who wants to lead in the age of AI while still having a strong sense of humanity.
